Simple smoothie recipe

– 100 g bilberries
– Handful of dark green leafy vegetables (eg. kale, spinach, mint)
– 1/2 avocado
– (1–2 TBS green powder: eg. wheatgrass, nettle, chlorella, spirulina)
– 2 rkl cold-pressed olive oil or hemp oil
– 1/2 lemon
– 2 TBS seeds (eg. chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin) or 1/2 dl protein powder (eg. whey, rice, hemp, pea)
– Pinch of sea salt
– Water
